The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 has an overall score of 90.8, which is much better than Xperia Z5 Premium's 79.8 general score. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is much newer than Xperia Z5 Premium, it's just a bit heavier and just a bit thicker. Galaxy Note 20 has a bit better processing unit than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note 20 also counts with a higher amount of RAM.

The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium features a much sharper screen than Galaxy Note 20, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with much more pixels per inch of screen and a lot higher resolution of 3840 x 2160px. The Galaxy Note 20 captures slightly better photographs and videos than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has a back camera with way less MP resolution, and they both have a F1.8 camera aperture, the Galaxy Note 20 also counts with a way higher video definition and a way larger sensor providing a lot better image quality.
