Galaxy Note5 has an overall score of 80.2, which is a bit better than Xperia Z5 Premium's overall score of 79.8. The Galaxy Note5 construction is just a bit thinner and just a bit lighter than the Xperia Z5 Premium, even though both were released with only a couple of months difference. The Xperia Z5 Premium features an incredibly better looking display than Galaxy Note5, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher screen pixels density and a lot better resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels.
Xperia Z5 Premium has a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have 8 processing cores, the Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with an extra graphics co-processor. Xperia Z5 Premium counts with more storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Note5, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that supports up to 200 GB.
Xperia Z5 Premium features a little bit better camera than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same video definition, the Xperia Z5 Premium also has a lot more MP camera in the back, a bigger back camera sensor providing a better image quality and a bigger camera aperture to take better low light photos.
