The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has an overall score of 90.6, which is better than Xperia Z5 Premium's 79.8 score. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has the newer 11 version while Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1 version. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3's design is extremely newer and somewhat thinner than the Xperia Z5 Premium's, but it is also a lot heavier.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 has a bit better performance than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 also counts with 9 GB more RAM. Xperia Z5 Premium has a way better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 3840 x 2160px and a way greater amount of pixels per inch of display.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 features improved battery duration than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 4400mAh battery capacity instead of 3430mAh.
Sony Xperia Z5 Premium takes a lot better pictures and videos than Galaxy Z Fold 3, because it has a larger aperture and a back facing camera with a way higher 23 mega-pixels resolution.
