The Xperia 5 III is better than Xperia Z5 Premium, having a 90.5 score against 79.8. Although Xperia 5 III is a little thicker than the Xperia Z5 Premium, it's a little bit lighter and noticeably newer. Both devices in this comparison use Android OS (operating system), but Xperia 5 III has a newer 11 version and Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1 version, so it gives you lots of additional features.
