Xperia PRO is better than the Xperia Z5 Premium, getting a score of 94.3 against 79.8. Xperia PRO's design is newer than the Xperia Z5 Premium's, although it's noticeably thicker and a lot heavier. These devices have Android operating system, but the Xperia PRO has newer 10 version while Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1 version, so it gives you a couple nice extra features and performance optimizations.
Sony Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a more vivid screen than Xperia PRO, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a little greater screen pixels density and a slightly higher 3840 x 2160px resolution. Xperia PRO has a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB and 512 GB internal memory capacity.
The Sony Xperia PRO has a bit superior CPU than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the Sony Xperia PRO also counts with more RAM. Xperia PRO counts with a bit longer battery life than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3430mAh.
The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium counts with just a bit better camera than Sony Xperia PRO, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for taking pictures and/or video in low light environments, lower video frame rate and a lot smaller sensor capturing less light and washed colors, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a much higher 23 MP resolution camera in the back.
Although Sony Xperia PRO is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xperia Z5 Premium, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xperia Z5 Premium. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Sony Xperia PRO, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Xperia Z5 Premium, resigning some features and specs.
