Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is a little bit better than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, getting an 82.2 score against 79.8. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium body is incredibly newer than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium's, but it's incredibly heavier and a lot thicker. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a little more vivid screen than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a quite greater display pixel density.
Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with much more storage for games and applications than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has 32 GB more internal memory and an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 400 GB. The Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a bit faster CPU than Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, and they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also counts with 3 GB more RAM memory.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium features a bit better battery life than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 3% bigger battery size. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium captures just a bit better photographs and videos than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same aperture, the same video frame rate, a 0.43 inches back-facing camera sensor and the same video quality, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also has a camera with a higher 23 MP resolution.
