Xperia Z5 Premium is just a bit better than the Xperia XZs, with a overall score of 79.8 against 77.2. Despite of the fact Xperia Z5 Premium is older and somewhat heavier than the Xperia XZs, it's body is still a little bit thinner. The Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a bit better performance than Xperia XZs, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a larger number of cores (but slower) and a GPU.
Xperia Z5 Premium features an incredibly better display than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a lot more pixels per inch of screen, a little bit larger screen and a lot higher 3840 x 2160 resolution. The Xperia XZs captures greater photos and videos than Xperia Z5 Premium, although it has a tinier aperture, a back facing camera with less mega-pixels resolution and a lower (4K) video definition, they both have the same sensor size.
