Comparison review

The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a global score of 79.8, which is slightly better than the Sony Xperia Z3's general score of 77.3. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a newer 5.1 version and Sony Xperia Z3 has Android 4.4.4 version, so it provides the user some extra features. Even though the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is a little bit heavier than Sony Xperia Z3, it's thinner and newer.

Sony Xperia Z3 has a bit faster processor than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, although it has 4 lesser cpu cores (although they are faster), they both have a 3 GB RAM and a 450 megahertz graphics processor. The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium features a brighter screen than Sony Xperia Z3, because it has a bit larger screen, way more pixels per inch in the screen and a much better resolution of 3840 x 2160.

Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a little bit better camera than Sony Xperia Z3, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same video definition and the same camera sensor size, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also has a larger aperture to take better low light photography and a better resolution back facing camera.

Sony Xperia Z5 Premium counts with just a bit bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia Z3, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal memory, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 200 GB. Xperia Z5 Premium features just a little better battery performance than Xperia Z3, because it has a 7% more battery size.

Although Xperia Z5 Premium is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xperia Z3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xperia Z3. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Xperia Z3, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most with your money.
