Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a global score of 79.8, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi 12T Pro's score of 76.9. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has the older 5.1 version while Xiaomi 12T Pro has Android 12. The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium design is somewhat lighter and just a little thinner than the Xiaomi 12T Pro, even though it was released many years before.
The Xperia Z5 Premium features a much better looking display than Xiaomi 12T Pro, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a way greater amount of pixels per inch of display and a lot higher 3840 x 2160px resolution. Xiaomi 12T Pro features a greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
The Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a much better performing processor than Xiaomi 12T Pro, because although it has 5 GB less RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a graphics processing unit. Xiaomi 12T Pro takes much better videos and photos than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a lot more mega-pixels camera, a way bigger sensor and a larger aperture to take better low light photography.
The Xiaomi 12T Pro has a very superior battery duration than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
