Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is a bit better than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, getting an 82.3 score against 79.8. Both phones in this review have Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has newer 10 version and Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1 version, giving you a lot of extra features and better performance. Xiaomi Black Shark 2's construction is noticeably newer, but somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium.
The Xperia Z5 Premium features an incredibly better looking screen than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a way better 3840 x 2160 resolution and a way higher screen density. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has a quite bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 counts with a bit better processing power than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has a bit better camera than Xperia Z5 Premium, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, a F1.8 aperture and the same video resolution, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also has a way higher 48 mega-pixels resolution back camera and a bigger sensor.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features just a little better battery duration than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 17 percent greater battery capacity.
