The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition is much better than Sony Xperia Z5, having a global score of 87.4 against 77.6. Although Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition is way newer than Sony Xperia Z5, it's heavier and a lot thicker. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has the newer 10 version while Sony Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1, so it provides the user some nice extra features.
Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition features a bit better processing power than Xperia Z5, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition also counts with a greater amount of RAM. The Xperia Z5 features a little sharper display than Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, because although it has a way smaller screen and a little worse 1920 x 1080px resolution, it also counts with a little greater pixel density.
Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition features a much better camera than Sony Xperia Z5, and although they both have the same camera aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition also has a camera in the back with lot more megapixels, a way bigger camera sensor capturing much better quality photos and videos and a lot better video quality.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition features a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Xperia Z5, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 224 GB more internal storage. The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition features a way better battery duration than Xperia Z5, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
