Comparison review
Google Nexus 6 is just a bit better than the Xperia Z5, having an 81.1 score against 77.6. Both devices in this review use the same Android 5.1 operating system, so both should provide the user the same operating system features. Although it's the best device we are comparing here, Google Nexus 6's body is older, way thicker and heavier than Xperia Z5.
The Google Nexus 6 has a little bit better processing power than Sony Xperia Z5, because although it has 4 less processing cores , and they both have a 3 GB RAM memory, the Google Nexus 6 also counts with a better GPU. The Sony Xperia Z5 counts with just a bit better screen than Google Nexus 6, although it has a quite smaller display, a quite lower pixels density and a lot worse 1920 x 1080 resolution.
The Xperia Z5 takes much clearer photographs and videos than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video definition, the Xperia Z5 also has a camera in the back with lot more MP and a bigger camera aperture. Xperia Z5 has a greater storage capacity to store more games and applications than Google Nexus 6, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 200 GB.
Google Nexus 6 has a little better battery lifetime than Sony Xperia Z5, because it has an 11% larger battery capacity.
Although Google Nexus 6 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xperia Z5, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xperia Z5. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Google Nexus 6, else you can save some money and buy the Xperia Z5, letting go a couple features and specs.
