The Huawei Mate 10 has a global score of 78.9, which is a little bit better than Xperia Z5's 77.6 global score. The Huawei Mate 10 is a extremely newer cellphone than Xperia Z5, but it is somewhat heavier and just a little thicker. Both devices in this review use Android OS, but Huawei Mate 10 has the newer 10 version and Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1, giving some nice extra features.

Huawei Mate 10 has a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than Xperia Z5, because it has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 256 GB and 64 GB internal storage. Xperia Z5 takes a bit better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for capturing pictures or videos in low light environments, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Xperia Z5 also counts with a lot more MP back camera and a way bigger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The Huawei Mate 10 features a very superior battery duration than Xperia Z5, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
