Comparison review
The Xperia Z5 has an overall score of 77.6, which is a little bit better than LG G5's 76.1 general score. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia Z5 has the older 5.1 version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Xperia Z5's design has the same thickness than the LG G5, but it is a little lighter.
Xperia Z5 features a bit sharper screen than LG G5, although it has a little smaller display, a lot lower 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and a just a bit lower display pixels density. The LG G5 has a superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia Z5, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory, the LG G5 also has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Xperia Z5 counts with a bit faster processing unit than LG G5, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a GPU and 4 more cores (although they are slower). Sony Xperia Z5 features a little longer battery duration than LG G5, because it has a 4 percent greater battery capacity.
Xperia Z5 has a little bit better camera than LG G5, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the same video frame rate and a F1.8 camera aperture, the Xperia Z5 also has a bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a lot higher 23 mega-pixels resolution back camera.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, Sony Xperia Z5 is also very cheap compared to the other devices, making it an obvious call.
