Motorola ThinkPhone has an overall score of 78.9, which is just a bit better than Xperia Z5's 77.6 overall score. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola ThinkPhone has 13 version while Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1 version, so it provides you some extra features and performance optimizations. Even though Motorola ThinkPhone is a lot newer than Xperia Z5, it's somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker.
Xperia Z5 counts with a bit better screen than Motorola ThinkPhone, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a really smaller display, it also counts with a little bit greater amount of pixels per inch in the display.
