Comparison review
The Xperia Z5 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A6, getting a 77.6 score against 75.8. Even though Xperia Z5 is much older than Samsung Galaxy A6, it's design is a little thinner and just a bit lighter. The Xperia Z5 has a much sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A6, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1920 x 1080 resolution and a greater quantity of pixels per inch of display.
The Xperia Z5 counts with just a bit better processing power than Galaxy A6, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU and the same RAM amount, the Xperia Z5 also has an additional graphics processing unit. Galaxy A6 has a bigger storage for games and applications than Sony Xperia Z5, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A6 also has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 400 GB.
Sony Xperia Z5 features a superior camera than Galaxy A6, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for low light photography, it also counts with a bigger sensor shooting higher quality videos and photos, a lot more mega pixels camera and a much better video resolution.
Galaxy A6 features a bit superior battery performance than Sony Xperia Z5, because it has a 3 percent larger battery size.
Although Xperia Z5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy A6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy A6. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Xperia Z5, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Samsung Galaxy A6, letting go a couple features and specs.
