The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a lot better than Sony Xperia Z5, with a 98 score against 77.6. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a much newer cellphone than the Sony Xperia Z5, but it is somewhat thicker and extremely heavier. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version and Sony Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little faster processing unit than Xperia Z5, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also counts with 9 GB more RAM. The Xperia Z5 counts with a little sharper display than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1080, a lot smaller screen and a just a bit less pixels per inch of display.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a way bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia Z5, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a really longer battery lifetime than Xperia Z5, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a greater camera than Sony Xperia Z5, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a camera in the back with a way better 108 MP resolution, a larger sensor taking higher quality videos and photos and a lot higher 7680x4320 video quality.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a lot more expensive than Xperia Z5, but you can get a much better phone for that few extra dollars.
