Comparison review

The Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a global score of 80.1, which is a bit better than Xperia Z5's score of 77.6. Galaxy XCover FieldPro's construction is a lot newer, but a lot thicker and heavier than Xperia Z5. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy XCover FieldPro has newer 8.0 Oreo version and Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1, so it offers a lot of extra features.

The Xperia Z5 counts with a little more vivid display than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a way worse display pixels density and a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px, it also counts with a bit larger display. Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a way bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xperia Z5, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB and 32 GB more internal memory.

Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a little bit better performance than Xperia Z5, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro also counts with a larger amount of RAM. The Xperia Z5 takes a lot better videos and photos than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for taking images and video in low-light situations, it also counts with a bigger camera sensor capturing higher quality photos, a lot higher video definition and a camera in the back with a lot better 23 MP resolution.

Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a much better battery life than Sony Xperia Z5, because it has a 55% larger battery size.

Although Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xperia Z5, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xperia Z5. If you prefer to save some money, you can get Xperia Z5, letting go some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
