The Galaxy Z Fold 3 has a global score of 90.6, which is better than Xperia Z5's overall score of 77.6. Galaxy Z Fold 3 is a a lot newer and thinner cellphone than Xperia Z5, but it is also heavier. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Z Fold 3 has the newer 11 version while Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1, offering a couple additional features.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 features just a little better processing power than Xperia Z5, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 also counts with more RAM. The Sony Xperia Z5 counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy Z Fold 3, because although it has a much lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a way smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit better display pixel density.
