Comparison review
The Xperia Z5 Premium is just a bit better than the Xperia Z5, with a 79.8 score against 77.6. These devices have the same Android 5.1 OS. Despite being the best phone we are comparing here, the Xperia Z5 Premium construction is somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker than Xperia Z5. The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a CPU that is just as good as the CPU in Sony Xperia Z5, they have 8 cores, the same RAM memory amount and a 450 MHz graphics processing unit.
The Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a more vivid display than Sony Xperia Z5, because it has a little bigger screen, a way better 3840 x 2160 resolution and a lot greater pixels amount per inch of display. The Xperia Z5 Premium's camera is very similar to the Xperia Z5 one, both have a F1.8 aperture, the same camera sensor size, the same video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a same resolution camera.
Xperia Z5 Premium and Sony Xperia Z5 both feature similar memory for apps and games, both have a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 200 GB and equal internal storage capacity. The Xperia Z5 Premium features longer battery life than Sony Xperia Z5, because it has 3430mAh of battery capacity against 2900mAh.
Although Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is a better device, it costs more money than Sony Xperia Z5, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Sony Xperia Z5. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Sony Xperia Z5, resigning some features and specs.
