Xiaomi 12 has an overall score of 78.8, which is a bit better than Xperia Z5's general score of 77.6. The Xiaomi 12 is a a lot newer cellphone than Xperia Z5, although it's somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi 12 has 12 version while Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1.
