Comparison review
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has a general score of 82.3, which is slightly better than Xperia Z5's global score of 77.6. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is a a lot newer phone than the Xperia Z5, although it's thicker and noticeably heavier. Both devices in this review come with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has a newer 10 version and Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1, so it gives a couple nice extra features and improved performance.
Xperia Z5 has a little bit better looking display than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because although it has a little smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, it also counts with a just a little higher pixels density. The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features a greater memory to store more games and applications than Xperia Z5, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory capacity.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 counts with just a little better performance than Sony Xperia Z5, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, and they both have 8 cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also counts with a larger amount of RAM. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 captures a bit better photographs and videos than Sony Xperia Z5, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the same diafragm aperture and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also has a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels and a larger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has a way better battery duration than Sony Xperia Z5, because it has a 38% bigger battery size.
