Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has a score of 78.3, which is a little bit better than the Xperia Z5's 77.6 score. Both devices in this comparison review have Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has a more recent 11 version and Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1 version. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10's body is notably newer than Xperia Z5's, but it is thicker and somewhat heavier.
The Sony Xperia Z5 counts with just a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a little worse 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per display inch.
