Sony Xperia Z5 is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, with a score of 77.6 against 75.8. Both phones in this comparison review have Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia Z5 has an older 5.1 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo. Although the Sony Xperia Z5 is older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, it's construction is lighter and a bit thinner.
