Comparison review

The Kyocera Hydro is slightly better than the T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide, having a 44.3 score against 40.6. The Kyocera Hydro construction is notably newer, a lot lighter and thinner than T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide. Both devices we are comparing come with Android OS, but the Kyocera Hydro has 4.0 version and T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide has Android 2.2 version, so it gives a couple nice extra features and performance improvements.

T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide counts with just a bit better display than Kyocera Hydro, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 480 x 320 resolution, the T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide also counts with a just a bit more pixels per screen inch. The Kyocera Hydro has a bit better processing power than T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide, although it has doesn't have a GPU, they both have a Single-Core processing unit and a 512 MB RAM memory.

The Kyocera Hydro has a superior storage to install games and applications than T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide, although it has no external memory slot. The Kyocera Hydro features a bit longer battery life than T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide, because it has 1500mAh of battery capacity. The T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide counts with a little bit better camera than Kyocera Hydro, because it has a lot better 5 MP resolution back facing camera.

In addition to being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, the Kyocera Hydro is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
