Nokia 3.1 Plus has a score of 66.4, which is a little bit better than the T-Mobile Revvl 2 Plus's 60.5 global score. Both phones in this review have Android OS (operating system), but Nokia 3.1 Plus has 9.0 Pie version while T-Mobile Revvl 2 Plus has Android 8.1 Oreo. The Nokia 3.1 Plus is an a bit thicker and a little bit heavier phone than T-Mobile Revvl 2 Plus.

The T-Mobile Revvl 2 Plus features a sharper display than Nokia 3.1 Plus, and although they both have a display with the same size, the T-Mobile Revvl 2 Plus also has a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and a better display pixel density. Nokia 3.1 Plus features a little bit more storage capacity for games and applications than T-Mobile Revvl 2 Plus, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage, the Nokia 3.1 Plus also has a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 256 GB.

The T-Mobile Revvl 2 Plus features just a bit better performance than Nokia 3.1 Plus, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the T-Mobile Revvl 2 Plus also has a greater amount of RAM. The Nokia 3.1 Plus has a very superior camera than T-Mobile Revvl 2 Plus, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rate, the Nokia 3.1 Plus also has a back camera with a better resolution.

T-Mobile Revvl 2 Plus features a little better battery performance than Nokia 3.1 Plus, because it has a 14% larger battery capacity.

Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, the Nokia 3.1 Plus is also a bargain compared to the other phones.
