The Galaxy S III has a general score of 70.8, which is much better than T-Mobile Revvl 4's 57.6 general score. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Galaxy S III has the newer 4.1.2 version and T-Mobile Revvl 4 has Android 10, providing the user a couple additional features. The Galaxy S III design is lighter than the T-Mobile Revvl 4, but it's just a little thicker and was released 8 years before.
The Galaxy S III features a more vivid display than T-Mobile Revvl 4, because although it has a quite lower 1280 x 720px resolution and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit higher display pixels density. T-Mobile Revvl 4 counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S III, because it has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB and 32 GB internal storage capacity.
T-Mobile Revvl 4 counts with a bit faster processor than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, and they both have 2 GB of RAM, the T-Mobile Revvl 4 also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster). Galaxy S III takes much better photographs and videos than T-Mobile Revvl 4, although it has a worse video definition and a way lower 8 mega pixels resolution camera in the back.
The T-Mobile Revvl 4 counts with a superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a 67% bigger battery capacity.
Galaxy S III is a bit more expensive than T-Mobile Revvl 4, but you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
