Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Alpha is a bit better than the TCL 10 5G UW, having a global score of 76.3 against 73.5. Samsung Galaxy Alpha is a thinner and noticeably lighter phone than TCL 10 5G UW. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Alpha has newer 4.4.4 version and TCL 10 5G UW has Android 10 version, giving you some nice extra features and optimized performance.
Samsung Galaxy Alpha and TCL 10 5G UW both count with similar processing units, because although the Samsung Galaxy Alpha has less processing cores (although faster) and 4 GB less RAM, it also counts with a GPU. The Galaxy Alpha features just a bit better screen than TCL 10 5G UW, although it has a little inferior pixel number in each inch of display, a way lower 1280 x 720 resolution and a lot smaller display.
TCL 10 5G UW counts with a very superior storage for games and applications than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 256 GB and more internal memory capacity. The TCL 10 5G UW shoots much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the TCL 10 5G UW also has a lot more megapixels camera and a larger aperture to capture better low light photos and video.
The TCL 10 5G UW has a way better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 1860mAh.
Even being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, Samsung Galaxy Alpha is also by far the cheapest one, which makes it a great choice.
