Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is much better than TCL 10 5G UW, having a overall score of 81.6 against 73.5. Both phones in this comparison review have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has 5.0 version while TCL 10 5G UW has Android 10. Samsung Galaxy Note 4's design is somewhat lighter and thinner than the TCL 10 5G UW, despite of the fact that it was released many years before.
The Galaxy Note 4 has a bit superior processing unit than TCL 10 5G UW, because although it has 4 less processing cores (but faster) and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics co-processor. TCL 10 5G UW features a way better battery life than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 4500mAh battery size instead of 3220mAh.
