Comparison review
The Xperia 1 has a score of 82.6, which is much better than TCL 10 5G UW's 73.5 score. The Xperia 1 design is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than the TCL 10 5G UW, even though it was released around 17 months before. The Xperia 1 has a sharper display than TCL 10 5G UW, and although they both have a same size screen, the Xperia 1 also has a much better resolution of 1644 x 3840 and a much higher screen density.
The Xperia 1 counts with a bit bigger memory for games and applications than TCL 10 5G UW, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Xperia 1 also has an external memory card slot that admits up to 512 GB. The Sony Xperia 1 has a bit better CPU than TCL 10 5G UW. Both have a 6 GB RAM memory and 8 cpu cores.
TCL 10 5G UW captures much better photographs and videos than Xperia 1, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the TCL 10 5G UW also counts with a camera in the back with a lot higher 48 MP resolution and higher video frame rate. The TCL 10 5G UW counts with improved battery duration than Xperia 1, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
Although Sony Xperia 1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the TCL 10 5G UW, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as TCL 10 5G UW. If you want to save some money, you can buy the TCL 10 5G UW, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
