Comparison review
Google Pixel 3a XL is slightly better than TCL 10 Pro, with a global score of 78.9 against 72.1. Both phones in this review work with Android operating system, but the Google Pixel 3a XL has a newer 11 version and TCL 10 Pro has Android 10 version, offering some extra features. The Google Pixel 3a XL is an older phone than TCL 10 Pro, but it's somewhat lighter and thinner anyway.
The TCL 10 Pro features a bit more powerful processing unit than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have 8 cores, the TCL 10 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM. The TCL 10 Pro features a sharper screen than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a bit worse display pixels density, it also counts with a little bit larger screen and a slightly better 1080 x 2340 resolution.
The TCL 10 Pro has a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 256 GB and 128 GB internal memory capacity. TCL 10 Pro counts with longer battery life than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a 4550mAh battery size against 3700mAh.
TCL 10 Pro shoots way better photographs and videos than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have the same aperture, the same video frame rates and the same video definition, the TCL 10 Pro also has a much larger sensor which offers a much better image and video quality and a much more mega-pixels camera in the back.
Even being the best phone in our comparison, Google Pixel 3a XL is also a lot cheaper, which makes it an obvious call.
