Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro has an overall score of 78.7, which is just a bit better than the TCL 10 Pro's 72.1 global score. Huawei Mate 9 Pro is an incredibly older device than the TCL 10 Pro, but Huawei was able to make it thinner and just a bit lighter. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei Mate 9 Pro has newer 8.0 Oreo version and TCL 10 Pro has Android 10 version, so it offers some extra features.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a bit faster processor than TCL 10 Pro. They have 8 CPU cores and the same RAM memory amount. TCL 10 Pro has a little more vivid screen than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because although it has a way worse screen pixel density and a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a bigger display.
TCL 10 Pro features a way better camera than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the TCL 10 Pro also has a bigger aperture to capture better images in low light environments, a camera in the back with a much better resolution and a much bigger camera sensor providing a much higher image quality.
TCL 10 Pro counts with a much greater memory to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the TCL 10 Pro also has an external memory card slot that supports up to 256 GB. TCL 10 Pro counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has 4550mAh of battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than TCL 10 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as TCL 10 Pro. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Huawei Mate 9 Pro, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the TCL 10 Pro, letting go some specifications.
