Galaxy A31 is much better than TCL 10 Pro, with an 81.3 score against 72.1. These devices include the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that. Galaxy A31's design is just a little lighter and a little bit thinner than the TCL 10 Pro, although both of them were only released 1 months apart.
The TCL 10 Pro counts with a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy A31, and although they both have 8 cores, the TCL 10 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM. The TCL 10 Pro counts with a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy A31, because although it has a just a little lower pixel number in each display inch and a bit lower 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a quite larger screen.
