Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A42 is much better than TCL 10 Pro, with an 87 score against 72.1. Even though Samsung Galaxy A42 and TCL 10 Pro were released with only 6 months difference, Samsung Galaxy A42's design is just a little bit heavier but just a little thinner than TCL 10 Pro. These phones include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy A42 has a more recent 11 version while TCL 10 Pro has Android 10.
The Galaxy A42 has a processing unit that is very similar to the TCL 10 Pro one, and although the Galaxy A42 has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The TCL 10 Pro features a lot better display than Galaxy A42, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and more pixels per display inch.
The TCL 10 Pro captures a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy A42, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same aperture, the TCL 10 Pro also has a camera with lot more mega pixels. Galaxy A42 counts with more memory capacity for games and applications than TCL 10 Pro, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy A42 also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.
Samsung Galaxy A42 has just a bit better battery life than TCL 10 Pro, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4550mAh.
