Sony Xperia 1 II has a general score of 91, which is a lot better than the TCL 10 Pro's 72.1 score. Both devices in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but Sony Xperia 1 II has the newer 11 version and TCL 10 Pro has Android 10 version. Sony Xperia 1 II is a a little bit lighter and thinner phone than TCL 10 Pro, even when both of them were released only a couple of months apart.

Sony Xperia 1 II has a little sharper display than TCL 10 Pro, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Sony Xperia 1 II also has a lot greater pixel density and a much better resolution of 1644 x 3840px. Sony Xperia 1 II counts with a way bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than TCL 10 Pro, because it has more internal memory capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.

The Xperia 1 II counts with just a bit better processing power than TCL 10 Pro, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xperia 1 II also has a greater amount of RAM. TCL 10 Pro takes better videos and photos than Sony Xperia 1 II, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for low-light images and lower 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have a same size sensor and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the TCL 10 Pro also counts with a back-facing camera with a much higher 64 megapixels resolution.

TCL 10 Pro has a bit superior battery life than Sony Xperia 1 II, because it has a 14 percent larger battery capacity.
