Comparison review

The Xperia 5 II has a general score of 87.2, which is way better than TCL 10 Pro's 72.1 overall score. Although Xperia 5 II and TCL 10 Pro were only released with a couple months difference, Xperia 5 II is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner. The Sony Xperia 5 II counts with a bit faster processor than TCL 10 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia 5 II also has a larger amount of RAM.

The TCL 10 Pro features a bit better screen than Sony Xperia 5 II, because although it has a just a bit worse pixel density and a little lower 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a quite larger display. TCL 10 Pro has a better camera than Xperia 5 II, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for capturing pictures and videos in low light environments and slower 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and a same size back camera sensor, the TCL 10 Pro also counts with a much better resolution camera in the back.

The Sony Xperia 5 II features a quite bigger memory to install applications and games than TCL 10 Pro, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Sony Xperia 5 II also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 1000 GB. The TCL 10 Pro features just a bit longer battery performance than Xperia 5 II, because it has a 4550mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.

Xperia 5 II costs a lot more than the TCL 10 Pro, but you can get a much better phone for that extra dollars.
