Comparison review
Xperia XZ2 Compact is slightly better than TCL 10 Pro, having a 79 score against 72.1. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia XZ2 Compact has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while TCL 10 Pro has Android 10 version, providing the user some additional features. The Xperia XZ2 Compact construction is somewhat lighter than the TCL 10 Pro, but it's much thicker and was released many years before.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact has a little sharper screen than TCL 10 Pro, because although it has a way smaller screen, a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2160px and much less brightness, it also counts with a little bit greater screen pixels density. TCL 10 Pro has a greater storage capacity for games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, because although it has an external SD slot that holds 144 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage.
Xperia XZ2 Compact has a bit better performance than TCL 10 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. TCL 10 Pro shoots better pictures and videos than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because although it has worse video frame rates, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the TCL 10 Pro also counts with a lot bigger sensor which offers a lot higher photo and video quality, a much more mega-pixels camera and a bigger aperture.
The TCL 10 Pro features a superior battery lifetime than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has a 59 percent greater battery size.
