Comparison review
Xperia XZ2 Premium is better than the TCL 10 Pro, getting an 82.2 score against 72.1. Although it's the best in our current comparison, the Xperia XZ2 Premium design is older, noticeably heavier and way thicker than the TCL 10 Pro. Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a brighter screen than TCL 10 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display and less bright screen, it also counts with a much better resolution of 2160 x 3840px and way more pixels per inch of display.
Xperia XZ2 Premium has a bit better performance than TCL 10 Pro. They have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount. TCL 10 Pro counts with a superior camera than Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, a same size diafragm aperture and the same video quality, the TCL 10 Pro also has a lot more mega pixels back-facing camera and a lot larger back camera sensor which gives a much better image and video quality.
TCL 10 Pro features a bigger memory for games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because although it has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB against 400 GB, it also counts with more internal memory. The TCL 10 Pro has superior battery duration than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has a 4550mAh battery size.
Although Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than TCL 10 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the TCL 10 Pro. If you want to save some money, you can buy the TCL 10 Pro, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
