Comparison review
The Google Pixel 3a XL has a general score of 78.9, which is a little bit better than the TCL 20 5G's 73.1 score. Both phones in this review have Android OS (operating system), but the Google Pixel 3a XL has a more recent 11 version and TCL 20 5G has Android 10 version, giving you some additional features and performance tweaks. Despite of the fact that the Google Pixel 3a XL is older than the TCL 20 5G, it's construction is lighter and somewhat thinner.
The TCL 20 5G has just a bit better processing power than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the TCL 20 5G also has a greater amount of RAM. The TCL 20 5G features a little more vivid screen than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a little bit less pixels per display inch, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen and a quite better resolution of 2400 x 1080.
The TCL 20 5G counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 256 GB. TCL 20 5G features improved battery duration than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
The TCL 20 5G features a better camera than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the TCL 20 5G also has a camera with way more MP and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
