Huawei Nova 9 is better than TCL 20 5G, having an 81 score against 73.1. The Huawei Nova 9 body is newer, thinner and somewhat lighter than the TCL 20 5G. These phones come with Android OS, but Huawei Nova 9 has 11 version and TCL 20 5G has Android 10, so it gives you some nice extra features and enhanced performance.
