Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Pro is much better than TCL 20 5G, getting an 88.2 score against 73.1. These devices work with the same Android 10 OS, so both should give all the same OS features. Even though Huawei P40 Pro and the TCL 20 5G were released only 8 months apart, Huawei P40 Pro's construction is a little bit heavier but also just a bit thinner than the TCL 20 5G.
Huawei P40 Pro and TCL 20 5G have very similar screens, because although the Huawei P40 Pro has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little greater number of pixels per inch in the display and a slightly better 1200 x 2640 resolution. Huawei P40 Pro features a bit faster processor than TCL 20 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei P40 Pro also has more RAM memory.
The Huawei P40 Pro has a much better camera than TCL 20 5G, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not good for capturing images or video in low light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with a more mega pixels camera, a way larger sensor capturing lot better quality videos and photos and faster 60 frames per second video frame rate.
TCL 20 5G has a lot bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P40 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the TCL 20 5G also has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB. TCL 20 5G features a bit better battery performance than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has a 7 percent greater battery capacity.
