LG G8 ThinQ has a general score of 84.3, which is much better than TCL 20 5G's 73.1 general score. LG G8 ThinQ's construction is a little bit thinner and lighter than TCL 20 5G, despite of the fact that it was released a little bit further than a year before. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but LG G8 ThinQ has 9.0 Pie version while TCL 20 5G has Android 10 version, providing you some additional features and performance optimizations.
The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a better display than TCL 20 5G, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a brighter display, a better 1440 x 3120 resolution and a better pixel number in each inch of screen. The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a bit better processor than TCL 20 5G. They have a Octa-Core processor and a 6 GB RAM memory.
LG G8 ThinQ features a much bigger memory for games and applications than TCL 20 5G, and although they both have the same internal memory, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a SD memory slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. TCL 20 5G has longer battery lifetime than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 29 percent greater battery capacity.
TCL 20 5G counts with a much better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rates and a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for low-light captures and videos, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the TCL 20 5G also counts with a back facing camera with a lot better resolution and a way larger back camera sensor providing a lot better image quality.
