Comparison review
The LG G8S ThinQ has a general score of 82.5, which is much better than the TCL 20 5G's 73.1 global score. LG G8S ThinQ's design is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than TCL 20 5G, despite of the fact that it was released just a little further than a year before. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the LG G8S ThinQ has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and TCL 20 5G has Android 10, counting with lots of additional features and performance enhancements.
The LG G8S ThinQ has a bit faster processing unit than TCL 20 5G. Both have 6 GB of RAM and 8 CPU cores. TCL 20 5G has a bit better looking screen than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has a quite lower pixels quantity per inch in the screen, it also counts with a bit larger display and a little higher resolution of 2400 x 1080.
The LG G8S ThinQ has a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than TCL 20 5G, and although they both have the same internal storage, the LG G8S ThinQ also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The TCL 20 5G takes much clearer pictures and videos than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has slower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same aperture, the TCL 20 5G also counts with a back-facing camera with a lot better resolution.
TCL 20 5G has better battery lifetime than LG G8S ThinQ, because it has a 27% greater battery capacity.
