Galaxy S21 Ultra is a lot better than TCL 20 5G, getting a global score of 98.1 against 73.1. The Galaxy S21 Ultra body is just a bit heavier but a little bit thinner than TCL 20 5G, and both were released with only a couple of months difference. Both phones in this comparison have Android OS, but the Galaxy S21 Ultra has a more recent 11 version and TCL 20 5G has Android 10 version.
Galaxy S21 Ultra features a bit faster processor than TCL 20 5G, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has 6 GB more RAM memory.
