Comparison review
Sony Xperia 1 III has a general score of 93.3, which is much better than the TCL 20 5G's 73.1 overall score. The Sony Xperia 1 III design is somewhat thinner and a little bit lighter than TCL 20 5G, although both of them were only released with a couple of months difference. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Sony Xperia 1 III has a newer 11 version and TCL 20 5G has Android 10 version, giving some extra features and performance improvements.
The Xperia 1 III features a bit superior processing unit than TCL 20 5G, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 III also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Xperia 1 III has a bit more vivid screen than TCL 20 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution and a way better screen pixels density.
The Sony Xperia 1 III has a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than TCL 20 5G, because it has a SD card slot that allows up to 1 TB and 128 GB more internal memory. The Sony Xperia 1 III's battery lifetime is very similar to the battery duration in TCL 20 5G. The TCL 20 5G takes a bit better photographs and videos than Xperia 1 III, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light photography and videos, a smaller back-facing camera sensor capturing less light and dull colors and lower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same video definition, the TCL 20 5G also counts with a lot better 48 MP resolution back-facing camera.
