Comparison review
Sony Xperia 1 VI is better than the TCL 20 5G, having an 83.2 score against 73.1. The Sony Xperia 1 VI is a thinner and much lighter phone than the TCL 20 5G. Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but Sony Xperia 1 VI has a newer 14 version while TCL 20 5G has Android 10. TCL 20 5G has a much more powerful CPU than Xperia 1 VI, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Sony Xperia 1 VI has a bit more vivid display than TCL 20 5G, because it has a little bit bigger screen, a lot better resolution of 1644 x 3840px and a way greater pixel count per inch in the display. Xperia 1 VI has a very superior storage capacity for applications and games than TCL 20 5G, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
Sony Xperia 1 VI takes just a bit better pictures and videos than TCL 20 5G, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for taking pictures and videos in low light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same resolution camera, the Sony Xperia 1 VI also counts with a much bigger camera sensor which provides a way higher photo and video quality and higher 120 fps video frame rates.
The Sony Xperia 1 VI features just a bit longer battery lifetime than TCL 20 5G, because it has an 11 percent bigger battery size.
