Comparison review
The Xiaomi 12 is a bit better than the TCL 20 5G, with a 78.8 score against 73.1. The Xiaomi 12 is a newer cellphone, and it's also somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than the TCL 20 5G. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi 12 has a more recent 12 version while TCL 20 5G has Android 10.
The Xiaomi 12 features a bit more vivid screen than TCL 20 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, the Xiaomi 12 also counts with a way brighter display and a just a bit more pixels per screen inch. The TCL 20 5G counts with a much better performing processing unit than Xiaomi 12, although it has 2 GB less RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Xiaomi 12 counts with a better camera than TCL 20 5G, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for capturing photos or video in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution, a back camera with a higher 50 MP resolution and a much larger sensor.
The TCL 20 5G features a much greater memory to store more apps and games than Xiaomi 12, and although they both have equal internal storage, the TCL 20 5G also has a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 256 GB. The Xiaomi 12 counts with a battery life that is very similar to the battery life in TCL 20 5G.
