Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has a general score of 77.7, which is slightly better than TCL 20 5G's 73.1 score. Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite is a somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter phone than the TCL 20 5G. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has the newer 8.1 Oreo version and TCL 20 5G has Android 10.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite features just a little better hardware performance than TCL 20 5G. They have 6 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores. The TCL 20 5G counts with a slightly better looking display than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because although it has a just a little less pixels per display inch, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen and a slightly higher resolution of 2400 x 1080px.

The TCL 20 5G has a better camera than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the TCL 20 5G also has a way more megapixels camera in the back, a bigger aperture to capture better photography and videos in low-light situations and a way bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
TCL 20 5G has longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 3350mAh.
