Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 8 is a little bit better than TCL 20 Pro 5G, getting a score of 79.5 against 76.1. The Asus ROG Phone 8 design is newer and just a little thinner, but heavier than the TCL 20 Pro 5G. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Asus ROG Phone 8 has a newer 14 version while TCL 20 Pro 5G has Android 11, so it gives some additional features.
The TCL 20 Pro 5G counts with a much better performing processor than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Asus ROG Phone 8 features a more vivid display than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a just a little worse pixels density, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2400px, the Asus ROG Phone 8 also counts with a quite bigger display.
Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a bit better camera than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, it also counts with a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing way better quality videos and pictures, a much better video resolution and a back-facing camera with more MP.
TCL 20 Pro 5G features much more storage to store more games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 8, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also has an external memory card slot that supports up to 1 TB. The Asus ROG Phone 8 features superior battery duration than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because it has a 5500mAh battery capacity.
