Comparison review
Huawei Mate X is much better than the TCL 20 Pro 5G, getting an 89.4 score against 76.1. Even though the Huawei Mate X is a better device than TCL 20 Pro 5G, we must note that it's also an older, thicker and notably heavier device. Both phones in this comparison review have Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate X has newer 9.0 Pie version while TCL 20 Pro 5G has Android 11 version.
Huawei Mate X features a little better hardware performance than TCL 20 Pro 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate X also has a greater amount of RAM. Huawei Mate X features a bit more vivid display than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because it has a bigger screen, a just a little better quantity of pixels per screen inch and a much better 2200 x 2480 pixels resolution.
TCL 20 Pro 5G counts with a slightly better storage to install applications and games than Huawei Mate X, because although it has only 256 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB. Huawei Mate X and TCL 20 Pro 5G both feature incredibly similar battery durations.
TCL 20 Pro 5G captures much better photos and videos than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a smaller sensor which provides a lower photo and video quality, and they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also counts with a back facing camera with more mega pixels.
